An American Shingle Style home, based on the Manchester House of season 23 of This Old House. I tried to be as faithful as I could within the restraints of the Sims 4 and lot size. Of course, the game doesn't have shingle siding so I applied regular clapboard. The third floor is a functional dormered attic, currently a gym. Furnished and landscaped.
