There are three levels in this mansion with amazing views. There is a gym room, a swimming pool, a BBQ balcony, an outdoor bar, a pet room and a place for your sims to relax and chill. There are one master bedroom, one teen room and one room for the kids and toodlers. This is based on my original sims family who are mermaids and cat lovers, so there are many cat decorations around the house!
