Sears 159 Inspired
Inspired by the first floor of the Sears Modern Homes #153 floorplan from 1911. I couldn't do the whole floorplan because Sims stairs don't turn corners, but I took the first floor and converted the entryway to a bedroom to make a charming little starter.
