The Dayton
(UNFURNISHED) This home is modeled after the Sears kit house, the "Dayton", aka Modern Home No. 3407. The plans for this house appeared in the Sears kit catalog somwhere in 1933 - 1940. Some adjustments have been made for scale differneces and the upstairs being usable.
