Story has it that, in the late 1910's, a very wealthy couple lived here with their extended family (the couple in the 2nd level and the servants in the ground level). The wife, however, it was rumoured that she was speaking to the dead although it was never verified. The last owner was the couple's niece but at the end she decided to set the villa for sale but noone knows the reason ;) (The empty room is for laundry but I don't own the pack.
