Blue Mussel Cafe is a quaint seafood restaurant (originally located on the Sapphire Shores lot in Sulani). What was once two separate buildings (one fish shed and one commercial building) has been renovated into one unique dining experience. There is a bar and multiple dining areas, as well as an apartment upstairs.
