This build is based off the Modern Mini Mansion (check it out) by #jackiedesigns who built on a smaller lot. I kept the base outside design pretty much the same, but flipped the floors and expanded the home to fit the large lot. For the bedroom I used #Sayrix3 design Mr & Mrs Bedroom (removed the beautiful Mr & Mrs wallart because my sim is single). The master bath is based off of #SpectorCody design Fresh Bath -- love the colors! Bowling alley thanks to #wrathofcath design Let's Bowl!
