Packard Sawmill belongs to Josie Packard and is run by Pete and Catherine Martell (who live next door at The Great Northern Hotel). Benjamin Horne is a bit envious that Josie owns the mill and would love get his hands on the land but he’ll have to prove it’s worthless.
