Long ago a Sea Witch, a Siren, and a Fishmonger founded the village of Kokatzu. Their descendents keep Kokatzu alive with a thriving fish market/tiki bar, sorceror's workshop, and a flower shop. Sorcerors from other lands often visit as the crystals imbedded in Kokatzu's cliffs naturally call to those gifted in magic.
