This was my first base game renovation and I was super proud of it. Designed after I couldn't find a simple update in the gallery that still kept the architectual design of the original. Imagine your sims won a little lottery and got to renovate their rat trap home to make it their dream. Includes an open floor plan living room and kitchen with a fireplace, three bedrooms, two baths, a den and in the backyard a lanai with a lap pool. Simple and classy. #reno #sandtrapflat #upgrade
