Beautiful but modest family home! 99% base game. The only other pack used was Seasons for the spandrels, but these can be replaced at your leisure. There is a storage area underneath the garage that I have left unfurnished so you can put whatever you want in there. It could even be a spare bedroom! MOO before placing.
