Jack and Sally Skellington were visiting Santa in Christmas town. On their way back to Halloween town there was a glitch within the portal doors, sending them out a portal door into the Sims world. The glitch landed them at a witch's home and broke her portal door. A spell went wrong and the witch parished with her familar.
