I renovated the starter lot in #Windenburg #RusticResidence and refurnished it while still staying under 26k. It's perfect for a small family who has a little more than the starter funds but can't afford a larger home yet. The second bedroom can be used for a baby, or perhaps an #office or a #laundryroom.
