#fixmelilsimsie this house was previosley lived in by a happy family of 4 until one day out of no where the mum died and it left the dad heartbroken but he had his two kids but soon they both grew up and left the dad by him self soon the house became very run down and the dad stayed in his room up at the top of the house and never left.now he is dead and the new peplw wanting it only have a budget of 30,000 to #fixthishouse and they have 2 toddlers to accomade to as well. good luck.#rundown
