Continuing my #runawayteen challenge, my sim is saving up for a fixer-upper. From there, I'll use a few rules from the #renovationchallenge involving skill requirements. I might hike up the cost of renovation per room though (probably 5000 simoleons per room) because I'm bored and I want a challenge. Anyway, if anyone else wants to try it out, here's my starting build including appliances because houses usually do. I also used debug plants so my sim can't just sell them. Enjoy! #NoCC
