A shabby and run-down apartment complex, for your Sims who just have chosen the wrong path in life. - There is one furnished Apartment on the third floor of the biggest house to play in. The other apartments/houses are subtly furnished in such a way that you can have roomates for a more realistic neighbour-feel. (Using locked doors, they wont come into your apartment!)
