Recreated to better fit in with surrounding houses. This lot is made of two separate houses with the idea of using one for your own sims and making use of the Room Mate feature for the other, creating some NPC neighbours (who will still steal food from the fridge of course). I tried to make each house have its own layout as if various renovations had been done in some areas.
