Renovation of the Honeydew Fields starter home in Briteschester. It has 2 seperate beds, so you can either move in with two students or move in with one and get a roommate. I thought this particular starter was very ugly (sorry) and I tried to keep it true to the original. But I ended up changing quite a bit and frankly I'm still not very happy with this.
