How many roommates can a sim have? This little house has space for 32 roommates, a landlord and a butler. Downstairs there is a small kitchen, a large dining room wich serves also as a living room and a library; there is a computer room where the students can study and research; there is a bathroom and two bedrooms - one for the landlord and one for the butler.
