A #TinyHome I designed for my Sims at #university to rent out to their #roomates, I tried to keep it as cheap as possible. I already placed food inside, enjoy! Ground floor: Study, kitchen, living room with laundry space, bathroom. First floor: Roomates bedroom with space for them to decorate. Second floor: Main bedroom that doubles as a study. Porch has a grill space. Outside: #Garden were I have already placed plants.
