This is an adorable two story townhouse with a pool and backyard area! It has four different "houses" for your sims to live in. I decorated the two single houses on the left side, and kept the right side empty for you to decorate how you like! The idea is for the entire right to be "rented" out by a family so both levels are apart of their home, but you can easily change it back by removing the inside stairs! #townhouse #roomates #pool #backyard
