1st Shell Challenge
My first shell challenge... it was difficult. It's somewhat minimalistic. This lot is base game compatable. It has two rooftop areas: upper rooftop has a pool that doesn't connect to foundation and is functional, and a garden area. All furniture and electronics are functional.
