I never build houses as I dont have the patience for it but I just couldnt find one with a proper huge roof garden, and a space to display all of my artefacts. So I made one myself :) Its built in a way that u dont need to turn the camera for interaction with any item. The plants in the garden itself will earn you almost 100k a day when sold. And a nice cash surprise in the basement :p Perfect when placed on the Sulani lot instead of the shipwreck!! #roofgarden
