So this Microhome I build for my single sim Tess. its a starter home budget and has quite a modern touch. The interior is dark/black, but can be switched if you dont like it. The roofgarden is a little small but could be cute when the crops start growing. The lot is a lot biggeer than the house, so there is a lot of potential to make a beautiful garden with a big pool too.
