Located on Windenberg's crumbling isle these ruins used to be apart of one of the old castles of yor. The ruins are what remains of what surely was either a courtyard or garden. In the center of the garden there appears to be an old fountain that still seems to work perfectly. Although a popular spot to visit during the day, many have said the place is haunted by ghosts. Some have even reported of dangerous plants with strange properties. (Note: you only need #gettogether and #rom for this)
