This is #cresent #park #retail lot with a #cafe upstairs so it can be used as either. it uses the #plumshella shell and i used halfwalls as balconys and to create the roof - so if that is not allowed then disregard. i didn't touch the actual walls or place any other actual walls outside of the shell. I love it as a retail lot anyway. I called it cresent park because that is what the sign looks like lol.
