I built this house for the couple, I do my Perfect-Sim-Challenge with. They have now achieved everything I planned for them and are ready to retire and let their kids run the business. They also just had their first grandson, and so I built an extra guest-bedroom for when he visits. Also there is a lab, home gym and a workshop.
