I'd never used this lot in San Myshuno and didn't know what I wanted it to be, so I made a multi-lot. Could be a restaurant, cafe, or retail lot, or even a residence (just replace the 2nd waiter's station in the kitchen with a fridge for that). Designed as multiple stores, but they are all connected.
