I left the store and work room empty so you can put whichever kind of shop you would like in the retail space. This is a #livework #retail space with an #apartment on the top floor, which is accessed through the employee break room at the back of the store. It is a studio/one bedroom with a bonus office or work room. I left the bonus room and deck open for whichever crafts your sim might want to make to sell.
