My attempt at building a restaurant from the chain Turtle Bay. It is a Caribbean themed restaurant and cocktail bar. This lot has a car park at the front (not functioning in game), the restaurant and bar area on the ground floor as well as the kitchen and staff room. Upstairs is a social area with a DJ booth, performers area, bubble blowers and a seating area as well as separate mens/womens toilets.
