So I made this lot to be either a restaurant if you have Dine Out or a park/museum if you only have base game. You'll just have to place a fridge and stove in the kitchen area if you're going to run it as a park or museum. Nothing should be missing from the structurers / museum building because I only used base game items. I built these to look like an old train station with a house next door.
