Tbh it is so hard to have the picture look nice, but i promise you and your sims would love it. This could fit on a smaller lot than 30x20 but i was to lazy to change the lot. I got this idea from an cafe i used to got to with my family they hade and place where you could eat where it was surrounded by plants. even though you probably won't find this type of building in Sweden where the cafe was located i choose to put an more modern style resturant.
