I updated SimLicy's #Strangerville City Hall to only require #gettowork and #strangerville as I know many people do not have all the packs and when EA auto-swaps items, it can look terrible! All original credit goes to #Simlicy, all I've done is find & swap items to make this a #restrictedpackbuild
