I made this house for my sim, but it can also accomidate a partner. Open concept allows for walls/rooms to be added if desired. Rooms can also be converted if necessary. The palm tree blocks only open areas w/ area rugs, bar and decor on lower level, and treadmill, easel, stereo on upper level plus fountain on balcony.
