This is a rental lot for a sim family or a group of sim friends who want to vacation in the tropics! I built this in Oasis Springs but it's also perfect for Sulani and Selvadorada. I imagine that the couple who "pays more money" gets the upstairs suite in the main house, while the other couples and/or children get the hut bedrooms with the shared bathrooms.
