I spent far too much time on this when i set out to JUST make 221B Baker Street. So while I don't currently have the Apartment expansion pack I may get it in the future. Hopefully it will allow me to change the lot type then. This build is based upon BBC Sherlock, I tried to stay as true as possible. And of course there are other flats and apartments as well.
