Found a neat shell on the gallery by Dragon_Waffles. Figured I'd see what I could turn it into. 2 bed, 2 bath home for 2-3 sims with somewhat eclectic taste. Originally built in Newcrest but generic enough it could be plopped elsewhere. Playtested.
