This comfortable starter home is great for a single sim or couple starting out. You can sleep 2 on a comfortable bed not the hard el-cheapo one. You will need jobs right away as it does take a hunka chunka out of your start em up cash. However once jobs are aquired it is a playable lot as I have used it myself.
