The Spencer Mansion is a mansion on the outskirts of town. It was built by George Trevor of Trevor & Chamberlain and completed in 1967 as a private mansion for Dr. Oswell E. Spencer, Earl Spencer, who himself later marketed it as a company retreat for Umbrella Pharmaceuticals employees.
