This is a renovation of #Deligracy 'Family Gem' (because it is an awesome build!!) - I have renovated and extended the house & turned it into 3 apartments with seperate entrances. The bottom floor is a retirement flat for an elderly couple (plus a spare room for the grandchildren to stay). The top floor is split into two, 2 bedroom apartments.
