Created to be an apartment community. I saw a picture of stacked RV homes and tried to create it in the ECO lots . It tuened out really cute. There are 6 individual apartments and 8 total bathrooms. There is a pool, hot springs, weight room, garden and bar. Just watch out for the Murphy beds they can put you into a dead sleep. I have it set for residental.
