Went and gave the Delgato Estate up in #ChateauFrise, #BrindletonBay a refresh! The original build was looking a bit sad with little landscaping and lots of empty space. Didn't make major changes to the exterior vibe, but redid the floorplan and added in some activities and a larger backyard area. This is a three bedroom home, but you can easily make it five bedroom if you change the office and the gym. Also left the two bedrooms mostly bare for you to design. Have fun! #ellibuilds #renovation
