I renovated this base game lot from Oasis Springs because I felt it needed a little makeove :) Anyway, I kept all the existing walls, except I added one bathroom. It still fits in pretty nicely with the rest of the neightborhood, especially if you modernize some of the otherhouses. There's one master bedroom and one kid's bedroom.
