This is the Bedlington Boathouse but renovated from a 1 bed 1 bath house to a 4 bed 3 bath house! The only exterior walls I changed were some on the second floor so I didn't even need to change it very much to fit all the bedrooms! Odviusly the interior walls where changed alot though...
