Christie came back to find teens have been using her inherited house as a party place. Gladly she saved some goods (left in front of the house). She decided to renovate for 40K. Everything inside can be sold/thrown away, keep the objects outside, add a 2 story study/Library, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a formal living, use the hardwood floor on the 2nd story, landscape knowing she has 1 child and 1 toddler She like classic victorian style.
