#OriginalLayout, slightly #Refurbished with the #BareMinimum I thought needed for this kind of #Industrial #OffTheGrid lifestyle, w/ plenty of space left to fill with your sim's particular hobbies, ect. No trash can, only a #Recyler, & I included a laptop, which hopefully will be powered by the various power sources on the lot, but can be taken elsewhere if not. Less colorful than original, which may not be for everyone, but I was really leaning into that bare bones industrial vibe.
