If peace and quiet appeals to you, the Rock Ridge Canyon is perfect. Actually, the house has been abandoned for 100 years...a new developer updated the landscaping but the house needs new electric wiring and plumbing updates. We just want to sell it because it creeps people out. Not to mention strange #realmofmagic activities. The last owners kinda disappeared...priced to sell!
