It took a lot of compromise, and a few arguments to get the house to a point where it's the whole families dream home! the house had more mold issues than they thought which meant the whole house had to be gutted, the layout then got to be whatever they wanted! Huge open living space and a second floor addition! everyone managed to get their own room, with an office/craft space as well! They somehow managed to stay relatively in budget despite the major renovations. #rebuild #reno #remodel
