This is a copy of a real house that my mother lives in, with some creative license for things that don't translate into the Sim's world (ie: the garage became an indoor pool, etc.). It has 3 bedrooms, 2 standard and 1 master, as well as a main bath and an ensuite. There's room in the back for lots of recreation such as gardening or a jungle gym, if desired.
