There was a thread on Reddit about how people want houses for large families, sparsely decorated at affordable prices to build their stories in. I built this using Base Game and Cats and Dogs. It's on the RagDoll Refurb bayfront lot in Brindleton Bay in my world. I imagine it as a bakery converted for family living.
